My heart breaks for the loss of your son. My girlfriend has drug resistant epilepsy. We have had some close calls and I'm in a constant fear of losing her. The love you and your wife share with each other and for the music reminds us of our own relationship. Slipknot is a special band and a huge reason I'm still here. There music has helped many people like myself. Thank you for seeing and appreciating their talent, and for being yourselves. Maggots get ready slipknot is back. Just so you know Kel and Rich, I for one, would think going back and listening to "multiple" songs and reacted with new, fresh "educated" ears..... Just found you guys tonight. This is the second video I’ve watched. First, I am so sorry for the loss of your wonderful son Jared. As a mom of 3 boys, ages 22, 15 and 12, I just can not even imagine the pain in your hearts. My 2 youngest boys play guitar, bass, guitar, ukulele, harmonica, stand up bass , piano and bassoon, so there is a lot of music in my home as well. I’ve loved metal all of my life but am also very eclectic loving most other genres as well (metal is in my bones though, lol) i love your reactions so far, you are both open and articulate. I’m going to subscribe and keep watching. Corey Taylor recently quit smoking so there is an apparent improvement in his vocals on this album.

Kel & Rich, thank you so much for sharing your journey with us. My younger brother at one point in his life suffered from complications from epilepsy for years, and luckily was able to pull through. He has been seizure free for over a decade. I love how you guys are continuing your son's legacy and spreading the healing power of music as well as your love for it. I could be mistaken, but I think I had the pleasure of meeting your son at one point in time within the last year in 2018. It would have been right before September. I'm in sales and may have helped him out with his products. 'Fractured Anatomy' sounded so familiar...once I heard British Columbia, now I'm almost certain it was the same individual. I'm a diehard Slipknot fan ever since their debut album in 1999. I love their really hardcore songs just as much as anyone. but I'm a HUGE fan of bands that implement a good mix of both screaming vocal & clean melodic vocals. Their recent song All Out Life is a freaking banger and it blew me away upon first listen. When I first heard this song I really really liked it but I liked All Out Life more. but I bet I've listened to this song 30+ times now and my opinion has changed and i like this one more than All Out Life! kinda can't believe I'm saying that cause I was so addicted to All Out Life as well. I'm absolutely IN LOVE with this song OMG! something about it really gets me...always been a huge knot fan and optimistic for their material....and I feel I can REALLY relate to the lyrics in this song somehow...I really love the speed and the screaming verses and I'm jamming throughout, but when those choruses hit something about it gives me goose bumps! and puts a smile on my face and It just gives me such a feeling of nostalgia for the past of this band I love so much. and it's just really powerful to me cause these lyrics really speak to me personally honestly and puts a lump in the back of my throat lol. And it makes me soooo damn excited for August 9th and to hear the remainder of the new album. Some people are not a fan of the clean vocals but this is Corey Taylor at his finest! ughhh this song makes me feel so proud of my boys in SLIPKNOT for real :) never stop making music please. I've dealt with depression and went thru some hard times the past several years but THANK YOU Slipknot(and so many other bands). Music is my savior and my only remedy from a life that's been suffocating me....thanks so much for lifting me up and helping me thru this shit. \m/

Actually forget that. Please react to Corey Taylor singing "rainbow in the dark" from the Ronnie James Dio tribute album. It has covers of all Ronnie's songs from all his different bands he was in. They are all performed by a comination of the best bands/singers/musicians from the rock/metal scene and it is truly one of the only tribute/cover albums I've ever heard that was done right. Anyways Corey sings on Rainbow in the dark and it's AMAZING

If I could make a band suggestion, I'd recommend listening to a band called Architects and the song I'd introduce you to is called Doomsday. I need to state several things and make different questions: 1 - I'm not from or live in any English-speaking country, so I had to repeat several times to make sure I got it right. Sorry about your son :(. 2 - This video was awesome. I have watched several of your videos. Not all, because the language barrier makes me lose interest in reactions quickly (too much noise contamination makes it harder for me to catch spoken English), but yours is one of the few channels that pop up with a song I love and still gets me to "well, let's see their reaction". 3 - What program do you use for reacting? I've been thinking about using some like the one you opened but I have no clue, tbh. 4 - Is that a Brighid's cross on his neck? 5 - It cheers my soul to see supportive parents. I never faced a problem in my family, but have friends who were rejected or felt they disappointed their patents for parts of their identities, and close-minded parents mocking them being metalheads or telling them one of their survival tools (metal music) isn't music or is "satanic" was one of the causes of their angst. A little late finding this video but Corey Taylor has one of the best screams in metal in my opinion. He has incredibly smooth transitions between his screams and singing voice, and I love his singing too. He’s in another band called Stone Sour that has great music and if y’all aren’t familiar with them then you should look into it!
