Omg I did this once three times and my clicking and pain was instantly reduced. Did a bench press for the first time without pain in years. My god man thank you so much.

Thank you. The very best demo/instruction available. No-one on the net/YT or the gaggle of body workers, comes close to the accuracy, and effectiveness of this instruction. The term for the groove where the ligament sits, is, the 'intertubercular' groove.

Just did this a few times and the clicking I've had for years is pretty much gone! I thought it was a supraspinatus issue but this did the trick. No pop for me tho. I'll do this once a day for a bit and see how it goes. Much appreciated sir!

Buddy I can't thank you enough for your video ever since I was about 12 and I'm 46 now every year a couple times a year my shoulder would come out well it hasn't happened in like 10 years most of the time it popped back in its place by itself. Today I was in my car reach into my backseat to grab a box of painting supplies and I felt it and I knew it wasn't that so I knew KZbin would have a video on it and you were right it took till the third time and I could feel the pressure and it was definitely the bicep. I wish you lived closer to Youngstown Ohio. I would be painting a couple rooms for you for free you made my day on 2:10 2:10 one of the worst weeks of my life, I appreciate it a grateful subscriber

I tried it once and fixed my arm pain. Unreal. It had hurt for several months and I had convinced myself I just needed time for the pain to go away and for my arm to self heal, from what I'd read. I tried your move and the pain was gone and the range of motion (without pain) has returned. Thanks so much!

I’ve had ongoing issue and therapy. Range was so limited took time for therapist to get it back into place. Now that I’m loose and feeling better it pops back out. I blame it on bad mechanics. Will work on that and strengthening opposite side shoulder muscles. Helps a lot. This is gold for my recovery and allows me to stay on track without having to go in and have it realigned. You are a saint my friend. Thank you! Thank you!

Thanks!!! Two yrs pain and it felt instant relief lol, Ive been to physical therapy and chiros, but I couldn't describe the issue good enough for them to diagnose. Turns out it was bicepital groove dislodgement, a kinseiologist told me, but he was booked. This helped in 30 seconds. Still going to get work done on it later, but for sure it gets rid of the grimace level pain i deal with all day

I think this might really be able to sort my shoulder out. It’s been tender for about 4 years now and I’ve noticed particularly on close grip bench press when the bar is on my chest I have 0 power or engagement in my anterior delt and have to roll my shoulder back to get any force behind it. I’ve been doing the reach back towards the pocket stretch for years but it never occurred to me to use my other hand to assist. Hopefully this will eventually bring me some relief, thanks for posting.

I work with a lot of baseball pitchers who have this issue and get relief from this technique. Any idea what causes this slipping of the bicep? Anterior shoulder instability? Also do you have any preventative recommendations (exercises or stretches) ? Thank you
@PeakchiropracticUk
@PeakchiropracticUk 4 жыл бұрын
Hi Kyle, as with most things there is alot of personal variation but one the main issues is either a previously traumatic anterior humeral ligament tear or a repetitive overloading leading to laxity of the former ligament. This is of particular note in throwing sports. The best preventative strategy is to make sure the proprioceptive capacity of the shoulder is high. Cervical SMT and cerebellar rehabilitation are great options for this as well as doing a full grip prehab protocol as alot of studies show that shoulder muscle activation is dictated by grip strength (distal feeds into proximal) hope that helps!

I get pain in the front delt/bicep on the right side during/after heavy squats and sometimes during heavy bench presses. The pain is right where you put your hand, left side is fine. Does this confirm a slipped bicep? A guy at my gym noticed my shoulders seem to be rounded or forward and I've been doing rehab for that, feeling better but still hurting a bit. Thanks.

There are literally hundreds of things it COULD be, and a assessment by a skilled doc is always essential in figured out what is going on, it can very likely not even be a shoulder issue! If the above helps and solves the issue then you have your answer :)

Hi Steve, yes this can unfortunately be the case! This is the DIY approach to try at home and there's also the expert done for you option! Palpation (feeling tissues) is a true art form which Chiropractors for example spend YEARS learning and honing as do other manual therapists. We spent months and months at University learning to feel hairs through the pages of a book etc!! If the DIY approach doesn't work for you, it sounds like it's time for a expert hand, fair enough?
