He is a very read dependant character (vortex game). If you make a bad read you'll be punished so hard (i.e. an empty spear, a blocked teleport, jumping over hellfire) but if you guess well, will be the other way around and will appear that you have a top tier character, just as Slips make him look with his awesome reads.

Don't blame the guy. Chris G is a really good player (placing 4th at EVO makes him bad? or 2nd at PowerUp? I don't think so) also, he is one of the most versatile players out there. Just look at how many games he was at UFTG8 and how he placed: UMvC3: 1st (out of 192), SSFIV A.E. KOFXIII & SxT: 9th (out of 190,89,122), Skullgirls: 3rd (out of 93), Third Strike: 3rd (out of 38), MYST: 7th (out of 128).

almost everything for scorpion is unsafe. the only thing that keeps him alive is his decent damage and 50/50 vortex

that dash of reptiles and especially the ex dash make him so hard to fight and put preasure on..its very fast!..online u cant punish it at all...and this scorp player is very good but it would of been nice to see some BnB combo s instead of vortex mixup all the time.

scorpion man when he's landing 50/50's into vortex his freakin nasty. when hes gettin blocked he's total garbage. It's not easy to set up the 50/50's in the first place though. that's what makes him a bad character. Slips is just gdlk!
