Russian grenades are not broken, they detonate either on impact (your case), or, when there is almost no angle between the trajectory of its fall and the surface, it would detonate after like 3 sec. > The impact fuze arms after a pyrotechnic delay of 1 to 1.8 seconds. Just google project reality to find it. You need to read the entire manual of the game though online and know how to play the game with other people since it isn't a regular shooter.

You mean use the iron sights? Press c while scoped or unscoped to switch between primary and secondary sights (works for any gun that has the option)
