I just found you a couple weeks ago and I am loving these workouts! I was doing 45+ minutes of heavy weights for months and didn't feel like I was working as hard as I am with these videos. Thank you! I'm already seeing a difference.

Wow, what an awesome workout! It was great, and I loved the 40 min length as well. My whole body, especially my arms are jello lol. Since I've been doing your workouts, I can tell a huge difference in my strength. Thanks for all you do!

Oh my gosh Amy... you've led another kick-**s workout! Thank you so much. I haven't done a barre workout in several days becuz I've been doing your weights & exercise band workouts. And, I love barre workouts! You just have so many varied workouts that I had to try something other than barre so I have & I've got the sore pects to prove it💪🥰!

Great workout, Amy. Loved that, for the most part, the exercises did not require lifting the head, which for me causes neck strain.

Your workouts are just what I have been looking for! Good directions and cueing. I have tried many work out programs. I love the challenge of your workouts and the simplicity of your style. Thank you. I li455ke a long work out 30 to 60 minutes. The trend now is too lift heavy weights but , in my opinion, that's not always the best for every body type. I could get very bulky and have. Lighter weights (5s 8s) and body weight is equally effective. Do you agree?
