I'm on my 4th week, and I've lost nothing. I'm exactly the same weight as when I started. Following the protocol to the letter - 30/30, water and supplements. Thinking of trying some weight training to jumpstart some actual weight loss. The one mistake I made was not taking measurements, although I don't "feel" any difference. Not ready to throw in the towel, but it's frustrating not seeing any progress.

I completely understand. As you said, not taking measurements was a mistake. I can say that because I did not take measurements when I first started either. But it is NEVER too late to take measurements. Pick a day during the week that you will be able to consistently take measurements every week or two weeks. Don't let the number on the scale get to you. As I mentioned in the video, I didn't lose any weight one week, but I did drop inches. And I didn't feel it. So when you have a chance, take your measurements, write them down and don't get hung up on the scale. Every Body is different. Please read that again. Your body is adjusting and reacting to the recent changes. It does take time. Keep at it and you will see your hard work pay off.

@@AloftAloft - Thank you for taking the time to reply. I appreciate it. I actually listened to the 4-Hour Body over the weekend. I'll start the measurements on my weigh in day (Friday) and track them from this point forward. I also started easy cardio this week (walking 30 minutes).

@@clintblundon4880finding a pair of pants and a shirt that are a little too little and trying them on each week, helps when the scale isn’t showing progress and helps give you a motivation boost. Because you will, Hopefully, see that if you just keep it up, the clothes will be fitting very soon. Try on clothes that were a lil snug before. The scale doesn’t always show your progress but them small wins like, a pair of pants fitting looser, a shirt actually buttoning up, or just an outfit looking better on you will do the trick.

Wow cheat MEAL? Tim Ferris allows a cheat DAY! I hope I can survive just a cheat meal only without too much distress. Nonetheless. Congrats!!

Oh I followed Tim Ferris process and had a cheat day once a week. But usually after the big meal I didn’t eat for the rest of the day so it ended up being a cheat meat. Don’t stress over it. Enjoy the day and eat what you like.
