My diet plan Meal 1 - 5 egg's (scrambled), 5 slices bacon and 1 glass of low fat milk (the bacon is high in fat so i am safe) Meal 2 - dinner (on meat days only meat and vegetable's and on fish day's only fish and vegetable's) a tip use soy sauce to give more taste and salt Meal 3 - 5 egg's (scrambled), 5 slices bacon and 1 glass of low fat milk I see many people who say they lost weight without exercising great but there is no reason to avoid exercising whatsoever, it's not only about weight loss there are many reasons why you should exercise so try to exercise at least 1 hour per week it's better than nothing.

Hey aaron. I am 24 year old. 330 lbs. I once lost about 80 lbs using keto and fasting. But stopped due to certain health condiitons. Regained the weight and much more. Have started fasting since half a month. And keto since 2 days. Am going for 50grams of carb this time. I eat yogurt;eggs;olive oil; chicken;brocolli; french beans, cucumber and butter. That's it. Other than that i do a fast of 16-42 hours( range variates) Have an hba1c of 6.5 right now. Let us see how it goes down the months. Thanks for your motivating videos.

The previous time I went for less than 15 grams of carbs. Would be filled by just eggs and cheese. It was way strenuous. But yes a lot fast. Let us see what 50 grams of carb will take me to. Am not watching my weight. Will check after a month. Simultaneously will get a blood check up.

SALVATION IS A GIFT FROM GOD HOW IMPORTANT IS ETERNITY TO YOU? There is one God, eternally existing in three distinct co-equal persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit Deuteronomy 6:4 KJV 4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord: Matthew 28:19 KJV 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Ephesians 4:4-6 KJV 4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. Colossians 2:9 KJV 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 1 John 5:7 KJV 7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23. In fact in Romans 3:9-20 the Apostle Paul gives a very negative view of each and every one of us. He says there is none righteous, none that doeth good, unprofitable, none that understandeth, liars, destruction and misery are in our ways. All the world is guilty before God (Romans 3:19). It is God’s law that declares each and every one of us as guilty before him, and therefore as Paul declares by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight. The word “justified” means to be found free of guilt. The law cannot justify us because it’s the very thing that declares our guilt. Romans 3:9-20 KJV 9 What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin; 10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: 11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. 12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. 13 Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: 14 Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: 15 Their feet are swift to shed blood: 16 Destruction and misery are in their ways: 17 And the way of peace have they not known: 18 There is no fear of God before their eyes. 19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. 20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. God is a just and righteous judge. God must be legally and morally right in all that he does. His righteousness and justice will not allow Him to justify a guilty man, therefore the dilemma is how can God justify the guilty and he himself remain just? Hell is a hot holding place of torment where UNRIGHTEOUS Guity unjustified soul's Go then for eternity for there sins it's called the second death Hell will be thrown into the lake of Fire in the future and the Guity unjustified into the lake of fire also (Second death) for Sin for everlasting destruction scary stuff God is to be FEARED and believed. Revelation 20:14 KJV 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Revelation 21:8 KJV 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. But there is Hope Romans 6:23 KJV 23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. God’s righteousness without the law has been revealed Romans 3:21 KJV 21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;. And this righteousness is revealed in the gospel of Christ Romans 1:16-17 KJV 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.. This gospel is defined in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, as “how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; (Shedding he's BLOOD onto death)And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures”.(God raised Jesus Christ from the dead Bodily and he saw no corruption) Acts 13:37 KJV 37 But he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption. And this gospel now declares God’s righteousness “that he might be JUST and the JUSTIFIER of him which BELIEVETH in Jesus (Romans 3:26). Therefore, God’s Son (Fully Human without Sin and Fully God Born from the Virgin Mary and eternally existing God manifested in the flesh) the Lord Jesus Christ took, our guilt upon himself and died under our own condemnation to appease the justice and righteousness of God (Romans 3:25), and now God will FREELY justify any man (Romans 3:24) who simply believes the gospel of the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, Romans 3:24-26 KJV 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Ephesians 1:13 King James Version 13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, And if you believe the gospel(1 Corinthians 15:1-4 )you are now secured in Christ sealed and have the promise of the Spirit and the gift of eternal Life not appointed to everlasting destruction and According to the Word of God you can not lose salvation so no hell for the Justified. But it's God who justifies the ungodly you can not justify yourself by being Good enough or performance for example and the Word of God confirms your security everlasting life appointed to heaven with God to the saved Because God cannot Lie Trust him. What must I do to be saved? Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved (Acts 16:30-31). Religion tells you to do something, God says his Son did it all, believe on him.

Once we were able to make it a couple of weeks into the diet, it became a lot easier to enjoy those meals. And since you fill up faster once in ketosis, you have more leftovers. I have another video with several meals and how to enjoy them. Give a couple of them a try and go from there. Here's the link kzbin.info/www/bejne/hqfGlXWQnM-bndE

@@grimulfr0 so the good news is you'll definitely look good as you lose weight but you are correct you will have loose skin. However also good news it will shrink along with the amount of weight that you're losing. For me working out over the past year has definitely helped because my weight might not be fluctuating as much as it was when I was on a diet but my waistline has continued to go down. I would totally recommend getting to a weight that you're comfortable with to where you feel like you have a lot of energy before you start working out.
