Great video. So good to see your lady once again. The "washing" the meat with the citrus very interesting 🤔. I need to explore that some more. I have seen more Island cooking in recent months and I say bring it on.Dont get me wrong, I love my bbq. But truth Is I like lots if food. Italian is probably my favorite. But I'm really liking what I see from the Islands. Ok, maybe not so much the Scotch Bonnet but yuppers love me some spice. Alright looking forward to seeing you on your cabin deck doing some beer brats again. Fyi, my rib cook ended before I got any ribs in the cooker. I'll explain to you some day. Let's just say a fire got started from the smoker. All was OK, I got the fire out but it just totally messed up what time I had available. I'll regroup tomorrow and smoke a couple racks for myself. It's a new bbq area and I need to finish making it ready for using. Have a great day 🌤 😀 🔥🍻

My favorite food is French. I love the butter! I hadn't seen the washing of the meat with lemon and lime before my wife either. Just goes to show that different cultures do things differently. That's why everyone should travel. Sorry to hear about your rib cook going wrong. Happens to the best of us. Cheers!
