Slow Cooker Pork Chops in Gravy
4-6 Pork Chops
1/3 of a large Onion
1 tsp. Herbs de Provence (optional)
1 tsp. Pepper
1 package Pork gravy mix (one was 4.2 oz)
2 Tbsp. Ranch dressing mix, or one package
1. Spray or line slow cooker
2. Place pork chops in the slow cooker
3. Slice onion and separate pieces and put on top of pork chops
4. Sprinkle Herbs de Provence, pepper and ranch dressing mix over pork chops & onion pieces
5. Mix pork gravy with water (according to pkg. directions) and whisk together
6. Pour gravy over all
7. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours
8. Serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie or salad
