Get it Rosie!! Dang....lol...who knew you could cook real Mexican soups 🍲 😋. Have you ever had Menudo? If not, it's similar to Posole, except Menudo has beef tripe as well as the pig or cow feet and white or yellow corn like things...I never remember what their called, lol.
