Terry is very knowledgable and helped me out with some jigs earlier this year . I’m going to bite the bullet and upgrade my SPJ rods. I’ve often wondered if these rods can be used for general soft plastic fishing too - say with boom and 4 or 5oz weights. Is there any reason why not ? Can only justify so many rods !

@@davidcollins9817 I’m not sure I have lure rods that I use for that but worth a try like I said I was using my lure rod for years slow jigging and I did ok but it’s another level using it to work the jigs with thanks for you comment and taking the time to watch the video and replying 🙏🎣
