Pistachio Snickers Bars Recipe
Base :
1/2 cup pistachios
1 1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp matcha
a pinch of salt
Caramel :
1 1/2 cups soaked medjool dates
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp tahini
2 tbsp maple syrup
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Coating : Melt around 200g of dark chocolate mixed with 2 tbsp of coconut oil
