Hello, Xenia! Yes, it is very hard to find a balance. It took me years to get it right...and it's still a balancing act. I find it a lot easier when I remember "me", and try to notice when I'm "doing" too much, instead of "being". Over the years I found meditation helped, and then for the last 4 or 5 years practicing present moment awareness which really helps center myself. We are all on different paths. What works for me may not work for others. This video was, perhaps, to plant a seed, if it grows great, if not, that's ok, too. I believe it's all timing. Thank you for Watching. Hello my friend. I agree, it is a balancing act. It takes practice. Like I said in the title " don't forget your"self". I have found years ago when I was caught up in "doing" I was forgetting about "being", then a few circumstances created a shift in me, and I began to think about what really mattered in my life. I made baby steps at first. It all unfolds when the timing is right. No need to force it. I hope this makes some sense. Thank you for being here, my talented music friend.
