Lovely video ! Listening to how you slow down, clear your thoughts and open up to creativity is all inspiring. Even as a life long 70 year old artist I am struggling with a bit of creative block for the first time and listening to your calm way of thinking really brings me hope and joy.

Dear Cara, I am a watercolor artist. I love the way you mix your lovely delicut colors. I to am an introvert as yourself, but find it hard to be with me. On the days I'm blessed with the peace of quiet of live it is a gift. And now I would love to no what that morning warm drink you made. Could you please give the recipe. And the vege hot dish you made looked pretty darn good. Your art is very to the point, clear, clean. Wounderful. I myself am a very loose watercolor est. When I see my colors dance with the water, happyness fills my heart. Thanks You for sharing you with us. Have a peaceful day love.

love listening to you.. since i started "hanging out" with your videos and looking at your paintings.. so much has been internally unfolding for me, it feels like i have signed up for a self development course, or one about detoxifying my attitude towards my own creative practice... you made me remember how much wisdom there is inside of each individual creative expression..and how deeper and bigger it reaches, far from only "products" (songs, dances, paintings, novels, movies etc) we as artists make.... you have reminded me of the true importance of the process and taking care of different stages and how intimately my personal world and needs are connected to my creative visions and curiosities....you have reminded me about the importance of rituals..as they are a preparation space for any kind of process and transformation to unfold... you have reminded me that creativity is ultimately a practice "to be in life".. and it starts and ends much sooner or after we focus on the creative work at hand.. what you say about the work being grounded in productivity or presence, just sum it all up so beautifully.. to explore presence is a full life's journey.... thank you for following your instincts to just share yourself.. since in this way you remind us all how many layers need nurturing in order for expression to come through us and how it changes it, if one does nurture all these layers.. in these few weeks it feels like a new wind has come in my heart and in my literal space..and it is just changing little things every day..be it books, thoughts, practical steps, tyding my work space, creating space for new things..etc.. and of course consciously dedicating time for tending to my soul space.. it is quite remarkable how we can lit small fires in each other, even over space and time, being strangers... i send you some warmth back as a thank you!

Thank you so much for your content, your art, & your words. I'm such a big fan of yours. When I purchased my sub with SQSP to launch my own shop (hopefully here soon 🤞) I used your code because I really wanted to give you the support. I loved when you said "I am the one who chooses what my relationship is like with these platforms & every relationship in my life." I have heard this notion before but the way you talk so honestly about things makes what you say resignate so much more. Xoxo Hope all is well.

I've been learning this summer, that doing things slowly, even like walking ☺️ calms me down 😇 so if I'm writing or cleaning, applying this serum to my skin... doing it with full attention & no rush... makes it all more worth it. I sense the energy coming back, I see the result in the calm skin. I feel the acceptence much easier when something happens, that I didn't expect. I been wanting to get a huge ceramic casarole to use for soking my feet 😇 Thank you for sharing parts of your life 💜🙏

I always have a good time when I watch your videos. It was a beautiful video and your painting was very restful to watch come to life. Are you Okay though, I am aware that this must be move four? maybe in the last few years. I know you are taking good care of you but please do be more kind to yourself during this searching and moving phase. Thinking of you at this time and believing in only the very best home for you to move into. Blessings for all the days to come, may your ventures become more and more in tune with the dreams you are building through all the soul you are putting into them.

Whats the significance of the eyes in your painting? Or why are you inspired by eyes? 😀
@Cafeinacoli

I have a whole video about it! But there's eyes everywhere as everything is alive, looking, having an experience of it's own. A remembrance that humans are here with our plant, fungi, animal allies, micro organisms allies, bacteria, viruses, spirits and more!
