It's a fair question to ask😊 we work remotely, Micke is a web developer and I work with graphic design and I have another small youtube channel that brings in some income monthly. We don't earn super much but we don't have many expenses..hopefully one day we'll have more incomes from activities that we do around the house!

You are doing so much work by doing everything yourself. But it is so interesting to see. And your progress is not so slow considering everything is done by hand by only two people. Just Micke didn' t seem too happy about the salad after the hard work.

Good to know, that clematis vitalba is spreading that much. But it is a native plant to Europe. So not invasive. :-) I will think again if I really want to plant that one in my new garden... ;-P

Europe has many climates and there are many plants that are highly opportunistic. In our area this plant is considered invasive especially if it grows close to the blackberry plant, they team up and take over. If you live in an area similar to ours, I wouldn't recommend it 😉

Hello lovelies, we did our insulation with a hemcrete, it’s so great and cosy. No bricks for us, we did a technique of filling up along the wall (a bit like you did your straw walls). We did not use any plaster on it, it looks very nice rough. We also did our internal walls with the soil from digging out so you could definitely do your plaster with the soil, it just needs a lot of trials to find out the sand/soil ratio.
