Hi Kate, this block is coming along beautifully. I love how you show cased the pink dollie, and have the plan to feature the yellow crocheted flower in all your blocks. Thank you as always for sharing. I am inspired to make a knee rug for my arthritic knees. It’s going to be my Kate Comforter. I have an old wool blanket exactly the same colour as your check one. Hi Kate, what a good idea to give myself a workshop as a gift at The Green Dooŕ. The only problem is when my daughter hears this she goes to Australia but she doesn't go back. She went to you for six months 13 years ago and wants nothing more than to live there. They had already offered her a job. Due to circumstances she had to come home in between and because of this she found the distance far. Now she has only said when I get to Australia, I don't know if I will come back. So I just stay in the Netherlands🤗👍🧡💐

I am literally thinking of doing a slow stitch floral and bird themed quilt. I will start it I January as my 2025 long term project. One block a month. 12 large blocks. Then once I have it all pieced together with any boarders or sashings, I will have d quilt it.
