Slow Stitching Mosaic Tiles & Flowers- Spiralling Blanket Stitching Pouch Textile Collage Embroidery

Did you know you can Stitch Flowers and Mosaic Tiles all with one stitch? The Blanket Stitch does it! Sometimes called the Spider Web stitch, try the Mosaic Stitch. It’s a spiralling Blanket Stitch that creates a beautiful mosaic-like effect. I show the embroidery threads and needles I use in #slowstitching then I show my fabric patchwork collage and jump right in to how to create blanket stitch flowers and how to surround it with mosaic stitching. Next, I create a black on black mosaic and fill in the tiles with beautiful colour. Stitch along with me! It's a relaxing enjoyable process. Welcome!

So creative, beautiful mosaic affect. I've just learned how to do this blanket stitch in a continuous circle, then I found your idea. Love the black and white, and filling in coloured tiles. I want to make a small bag.

This is lovely. Would you be willing to do a short video (not a full project even), just showing how to use that mosaic/blanket stitch to do irregular organic-looking cells? I've seen finished pieces online, but not how to pull the cells outward. If you can, that would be very helpful.
