I think quilting is like a form of slow stitching. I have done quilting for 30 years so I thought I might do some slow stitching like it should be done. Greetings from New Zealand.

I love your projects. I wasn’t able to keep up with the projects because of my husbands sudden illness and passing. But I will pick up with them again in2025 and know they will bring me joy. I hope they taper still available for a long time❣️

If there is pulling in from the stitching you could compensated for that by cutting your boarder larger and then cutting your edge even before finishing the edges then doing your edge finishing😊

I look at this after a much needed sleep and I apologize if my remark seemed sarcastic. I truly enjoyed the video. Hubs and I left to drive to a cabin on the Oregon Coast and the last hour was pitch black and totally scary. We got unloaded and dinner in the oven and I sat down and your video popped up. The tension left with every smooth word. I slept hard! And you make it so easy.

Just the sort of heavy stitching I love. I do enjoy adding as many simple straight stitches as possible to my work, and sometimes wonder why I keep doing it. Now I know I’m not the only one who loves to do this. Your work is inspiring.
