Just a couple of key items here, no vent hood, where is the door for the lazy susan cabinet? Is the mini split a HVAC? Kitchen really needed to be designed with scale in mind in terms of the appliance size, many options for range widths 18" or 24" that 30 " range dominates the space. Also most importantly will this be insurable? Given the age despite the updates think obtaining insurance may be a challenge.
