The highest scored and best tricks ever achieved in SLS as of 2016
It is not possible to have a "correct" top 10 as many skaters have achieved the same score. Meaning 3 skateboarders have gotten a score of 9.6 etc. These are the best tricks with the highest scores in my opinion.

Anonymous Nate that was also a while ago. Most of these tricks that are a 9.6+ would probably be more like 8.8-9.2 range. They've gotten so much more technical over the last couple years and nyjah is one of the reasons.

nyjah's technicality is on a diferent level .. he does rail slide almost half of the rail .. making airtime ... and so smooth when he lands off .. but the double 360 flip is really crazy !!!

The judging on SLS is some of the worst i've seen, they definitely play favorites which takes away the whole point of the sport being competitive.

It's changed year to year and they set the bar higher for some of the really good ones in my opinion. For example, Sean Malto used to get the nod a lot years ago, but that changed forcing him to try to flip more in or out of shit. For Nyjah, he's simply too consistent for them to show a serious bias

The reason why hoefler wasn't scored higher is because there are multiple skaters in street league that pull this trick off, and that wasn't Hoeflers only time doing it. In relation to the rest of the competition, 9.1 is pretty fair. It's the judge's way of saying, "awesome, now let's see something we haven't seen before."

That was NOT a "Double 360 flip (Double tre flip)" A "double 360 flip" would consist of doing 2 tre flips consecutively (720 degrees of shove-it rotation AND 720 degrees of kickflip rotation). A much better way of saying what he did would be a "360 Double flip." Because putting the word "double" before "360" implies "720" degrees of rotation which is not what he did. It may seem like an insignificant change but it actually makes a huge difference.

I don't understand much about skateboarding or the scoring, but I just heard Nyjah wins a lot. To me, in this vid his tricks were the most dissapointing out of all the clips shown here. It doesn't look very graceful if u just skim the rail instead of a proper slide. and he doesn't flip in or out either. A jump and barely touching the rail is that high of a score? I understand jumping over and sliding on the other side is more difficult, but how does this man get so many points for something that doesn't look so cool.
