Slush Pool update: advanced funds management, flexible payouts & more.

Hi miners, Slush Pool just got a big update! Here are some of the highlights:
- option to receive payouts daily, weekly, or monthly on selected days
- option to pause your payouts or request your payout immediately
- new UI much better usable on mobile devices

I really would like to see the Fiat values everywhere (or have the choice) instead only with mouseover as it was in the old UI. Is that possible. All in all it looks great and modern!

This notification type was replaced with daily rewards summary notification. However, we are considering adding it back as many miner are requesting it.

Same rules apply as to all payouts - payout fee 0.0001 BTC only for payouts under 0.01 BTC per transaction.
