Unfortunately this is basic economics, if theres a demand theres always going to be a supply. Socioeconomic issues are the main problem to the drug issue we have in zim. Economy ikaita right demand lessons. Even if vakasunga all the suppliers new ones will just take their place. Kill of the demand by creating employment opportunities, or a free market economy and will see the demand for drugs going down.
