Kung gusto nyo po mas madali na editing software, I recommend using CapCut, free tapos madaling matutunan. Madalas kabag mabigat na ang files at mahaba na ang video, medyo nagla-lag na yung CapCut kaya ang ginagamit ko kapag ganun ay Da Vinci Resolve na, free din, maraming pwedeng maganda pero mas komplikado at nakaka-lito kesa sa CapCut. Itanong nyo lang po kung ano pa ang gusto nyong malaman 👍

85 % are occupied Most owner are from other countries. So bakante talaga like my unit ...Bakante occupied lang pag vacation ko. Air BNB are not allowed here too.BTW the only condo in Phillipines na may sariling Performing Arts theater.

Yun nga mahirap kay SM, yung tinatawag nilang "hostile architecture" na ayaw mag-provide ng upuan para shopping lang gagawin ng mga tao at hindi tumambay, puro kita lang nasa isip nila. Pero sa mga bagong malls ni SM, sumasabay na sya sa ibang malls ni Ayala at Megaworld, naglalagay na sila ng mga seating spaces. At least may improvement sila dyan paunti-unti 😅.

Hi! Pansin ko po na pinapatay nila ang ilaw eksaktong 11pm. Around this time, may ibang buildings mauunang mag-turn off tapos yung iba ay late naman mag-patay 👍
