Akimbo is pretty strong on calisthenics aswell. But the thing is, Akimbo is an actual armwrestling athlete and with that being said he is definitely more experienced and better at armwrestling

Во первых Смаев был на замерах у Матюшенко в этот день, там он проверил свои силовые, и побрился Во вторых он приехал в зал к Денису, там тоже он со всеми боролся и только затем приехал Акимбо В третьих Смаев говорил, что очень мало спал и не восстановился

Смешно😂 Акимбо против очередного человека который осо и не знает что такое армрестлинг сравнение максимально глупое. Выложите видео где Смаев поднимает на бицепс штангу а следом то как Акимбо такой же вес жмет или где Смаев жмет максимум а Акимбо не может даже откатить такой вес. Молодцы оба конечно но возводить Акимбо в какой-то абсолют силы армрестлинга считаю не стоит. Он известен тем что борется с ребятами которые осо в Арме не сильны но поставьте его с кмс и мастером хорошего уровня и он и даже не сдвинет

None of that matters if you don’t train at an official fight gym(whether it’s boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, or BJJ/MMA). Go to an authentic fight gym that has experienced coaches who teach practical combat sports and spar. Having some sort of athletic base gives you a slight edge over other beginners, but fighting isn’t about wrist curls or bench press. If it was, you’d see all the bodybuilders and arm wrestlers boxing, but you don’t. For starters, don’t focus on weightlifting. Get to a gym A.S.A.P. Run or jump rope/skip for general cardio, prioritize calisthenics over weightlifting. If you are going to lift weights, don’t lift like a bodybuilder. Lift like an athlete. But I can’t stress this enough, no amount of bench press will sharpen your jab if you can’t throw a punch to begin with. Heavy bags are nice for developing power, but bags don’t hit back. And lastly, You have to condition yourself to take a hit and retain composure. If you fight with senseless aggression, you leave it to chance. If you want to be competent in fighting/martial arts, train martial arts. It’s never too late.

Smaev is too nice to be a competitive arm wrestler! You need to have a mean streak in you to compete at the elite level. Smaev lacks that. Plus his technique sucks. Unfortunately he won't last long doing all thise PEDs either.

Antes de darme cuenta de que ya había encontrado el amor en el fútbol, mi percepción sobre el amor y la búsqueda de la pareja ideal se centraba en encontrar a alguien que me complementara emocional y físicamente. Sin embargo, al descubrir que el fútbol me brindaba una sensación de amor y satisfacción que no encontraba en ninguna otra actividad, mi percepción cambió. Comprendí que el amor no necesariamente tiene que venir de una relación romántica, sino que puede encontrarse en las pasiones y actividades que nos hacen sentir vivos.
