if you set fps_override 1 and fps_max around 150 . still can bhop and strafing. and you can even use the ground strafe to move fast like cheat :)

I think between 72, 75, 80 and 85 fps is good for shooting. It kills faster than 100 fps. But also will depend if you are 60hz this is the better config for me. But also I had played with 100 fps it is very smooth too.

Bro... FPS = HZ! The biggest problem of this subject is that there are no monitors/TVs for FPS in games... In vain in a game you have 500 fps, if that monitor/TV does not have 500 hertz!

100fps all you need in 1.6 anything above that is pointless. Goldsource engine was built for 100FPS. Using 300/400fps in cs 1.6 causes slow down when bhoping and problems with recoil.

It’s very easy to shoot and get headshots due to the lack of recoil when use fps_max 300 or more. But your movement is really fucked. You move slower from position to position and jumping is very hard. You need to time your jumps perfect and when you land you slow down too much

If you dont know what you are talking about,dont make videos. The bobbing of your screen and the bullet impact animation is false. Its a client sided difficulty to make it harder for the player. Fps got nothing to do with it
