I like it. I added small roof to each tower and replaced the roofing type with frontier makes a more defensive look

I just got this set myself. Even when i used a level surface and placed foundations for the whole base to sit on the walls will vary between tall and super tall. Whats causing the height difference when the foundation is even?

How do you get the furnaces under a roof tile like that? Every time I try either placing the roof tile first, or placing the furnace first, it never allows me to place either one that close on top of each other like how it was in this video.

I love it! Is it possible to build a tower with it? I love making towers really thinking about building something but I haven't played in a bit.

A tower is definitely possible. You can do really simple watchtowers, brazier towers, or more complex ones if you're willing to adhere to a certain style. I've got some towers in Friday's build using this set

@@Eradicati0nn Looking forward to seeing it! I need ideas for sure, I have my home at godsclaw and we moved the main base up above the Temple of Frost right where that lore stone is. We're building a sort of Draculas Castle deal from Castlevania with towers hanging in the air which is very difficult to pull off using Stormglass it looks really good with those new pieces. Especially the angled pieces we got recently supporting the towers.

It appears like archers cannot shoot over the fence piece which sorta defeats the look they where going for.

What kind of bed is did you use? Was it a twitch drop or is it part of some dlc? Build looks great, I like that the set is being used for a smaller build, not just big castles

It's the Watchers bed, which was indeed from a Twitch drop a good while back, I think around the 2.8 update

Some games are frustrating because they are hard... they work well and they frustrate you to no end because they are just that hard to play, a really good flight sim, a good RTS, racing game , combat simulators , puzzles, whatever... This isn't a bad thing because it is my skills in game that are being tested. This game is easy to play for the most part. Losing a pet or thrall seems to be the biggest game skill testing source of frustration... but this game is a huge source of frustration from the janky building system, battle pass and bazzaar. Because I like building and I want building pieces. Every other game that has a battle pass like system SUCKS because it if and I quit them. I am a stubborn, recalcitrant free thinker who absolutely hates jumping through hoops for shit. I work too hard to be someones money generating toy and I don't have time for it. I am a customer, I bought the game with the understanding that it was not a MMO. I can own the base game and play it off line or on my own server. But now, like an mmo, I can't get all the stuff without participating in crap I don't want to participate in - BAD FRUSTRATION. I would not hate the battlepass if it was not the only way to get the same stuff. I would not find it frustrating. In fact it does seem like a good way to introduce new content as far as drip feeding stuff in, but the grind and contrived scarcity are dirty. Or at least it is inconsiderate. The devs get paid to spend all day with this game - I don't. SO I don't want them sitting there all day long getting paid to make me sit there all day long running around the map grinding out the repetitive and not very fun tasks to get the schwag that I just paid for! - ridiculous! - the nerve!

All this proves is that they need to expand the aesir set because as it stands it's extremely limited amd bare works with everything else

The aesir set.. I mean the two aesir sets since I had to pay for all this garbage twice. It's really good looking like all their polished turds, but it doesn't work worth a runny turd.

@Eradicati0n You seem to like it. If I am wrong about the functionality of this series of building sets, it's not one set if you have to buy two different halves of it, it's a series of incomplete sets designed to milk people of more money than they are worth. Also the artificial scarcity and unpredictability of when one can obtain them is another grief. I want to buy it now, and get it all now. not mess around in a stupid time consuming battlepass. ... ANyway. My question is If you think that my statement about the limited / poor functionality of these building pieces is incorrect, then maybe you could do a video showcasing them from a purely technical point of view ignoring how beautiful they are and compare them to something complete. Also, perhaps more importantly looking at the overall usefulness of each piece perhaps just focusing on the janky ones - you know what I'm talking about. The wall fortifications for instance, the round corners etc... Thank you.

I just can't get these rounded wall fortification pieces to work at all. I feel like I have wasted a lot of time this is very aggravating, I liked this game a lot for a long time and they are turning into ... dirty little ....

I have not been able to design anthing my way with this crap using the rules of the base game. The normal snap points don't work. Trying tor build with it is such a janky waste of my time and that is in SP GODE MODE! - I couldn't imaging trying to use this garbage in game working for it all. Every single building fails at very simple points ... like finishing off a square foundation shape wit hthes trash reinforced wall pieces. If I can't even make the walls then there is nothing else to do.... Around and around deleting pieces replacing them trying different work arounds ... only to be let down and forced to start over again and set myself up for another failure....

A bit of trickery because this set SUCKS! I have been working with it and I can not get it to work , This is garbage and I want my money back. I dare you to do a video where you make a larger aesir fort explaining every, workaround, exploit, "trick" as you put it, ghost mode or whatever. I chose a relatively flat spot and I couyld not even make a simple square fort. The way these stupid really cool looking pieces of garbage snap together is stupid - I hate being ripped off. So please show me a big fort and all the cheating you needed to do to make it. I couldn't even make mine in ghost mode on a flat surface - garbage. Please make a video that goes into deep detail about the functionality of this crap. If I can get it to work, it has the potential to be one of the best sets because it does *look cool... SO does a pile of horse crap if you sprinkle it with candy... but it'll still taste like crap.
