I think small minded in the sense that my main goal in the future is not having a job with a lot of money, but being a faithful father and husband. That's very small to this world, but it's infinitely more valuable than any riches.

I can stay small minded by remembering that we are in the world but not part of it. Sometimes it’s ok not to know all of the buzzing news that go on throughout the world coming from people or social media, but rather just stick with God and be his ambassador. God bless!

I so needed to hear this today. I've once again fallen off track, fallen into sin, become indifferent to God but at the same time battling with the shame and the feeling that i have to be better to earn God's love. The last few minutes where you talked about this 'who am i that God loves me? He knows me better than myself' just broke me. I again realised that it's not my power, but His love that transforms me, that heals me. I need Him so badly because the world is slowly dragging me down. Please pray for me, anyone who sees this because it's getting heavier each day and i need power from him.

Dear lord, we bring sis Anna into your presence, for wisdom for grace and for greater filling of your spirit. As we all struggle with our shame, father we pray that you'd forgive us and strengthen our spirit to have control over over old person. We need you more than ever. Abba, we pray this in jesus' name, amen.

the Lord has lifted your burdens for that you can stand strong in Him. He says "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." - Matthew 11:28-30.....I can resonate with what you are going through because I am experiencing that as well. One thing the Father wants you to know Anna is that He loves you dearly. He loves you MORE than you can imagine and that you will NEVER slip from His hand. He is not asking you to do the dirty work or to heal yourself---All He wants you to do is to continue to seek HIm out first (Matt 6:33). Stay away from the things and/or triggers that pull you back into sin and intentionally choose Christ on a daily. God's mercies are new every morning! (Lamentations 3:22-23) He feels and sees your pain and He has chosen to remain YOUR God. You are NOT too broken, too sinful, or too far for Him. HE is a miracle-working God and WILL turn your life around. 🤍 it may seem bleak now, but this will only last for a season....right around the corner, there will be joy. Joy is coming Anna 🤍 The Father is able and will restore to you the joy of your salvation 🤍 (Psalm 51:12, Psalm 119:11, Psalm 51:1-19) I love you 🤍 God loves you dearly Anna 🤍

Wow, thank you everyone that's praying❤️. I woke up today feeling so much lighter, more hopeful and joyful. I realised that part of my burden was the fact that I compared myself to other christians. I felt like I should be at a certain point now because I've been a christian for x amount of time. Then I read about the different parts of the body. Purpose looks different for everyone, not everyone is going to be a youth leader, pastor, evangelist. We fulfill our god given purposes with out god given gifts and talents, on the places that God has put us. Anyway, thanks again for praying. It really is helping.

Also to Alex and Lokelani- I thank you! I have been watching since the Covid days and let me tell you, your ministry helped to save so many broken, depressed youth during that time- including me. And now? You guys are still going strong! As I've grown in my faith and doctrine, I look at your ministry now and compare it to 2020 and see that it has grown right alongside me. What amazing work you guys do! Alex, your example as a biblical father and husband inspires me and encourages me in my own goals to do the same. It shows me and many others how men ought to love their families as Christ loved the church. Lokelani, your example as a biblical wife and mother give a beautiful example of the fabled "Proverbs 31 woman" and you make a great example to our young women today, who are desparate for a good example of true and biblical womanhood. Amazing work guys! I still watch your podcast and the teaching is biblical and edifying. God bless and keep up the good work! I pray for you.

Do we mourn our sin Wow that was powerful Lockalani…I live being small by not adding my human extra to what God has written and what Jesus has done in my life. A blessing is just that a blessing not a coincidence not a manifestation like the world is promoting right now. A healing is a healing it’s what God said in his word he will do. Also the biggest thing I’m doing now is acknowledging God In EVERYTHING in my life when people give me kudos compliments or accolades I immediately identify Jesus as the author I say because of him I did this or that because he impart the wisdom in me I achieved this or that. Nothing I do is of me.

This podcast has found me at such an interesting point of my life. I've just had such a rough couple of months, I knew it was God transforming my life and I pushed through. But now that I sit here on the other side, my life seems like I have a lot more time and I couldn't understand why. Now after listening and studying along to this episode I realise that I'm in the perfect time in my life to spend my days being closer to God, but also recreating my life to be more simple. Why can't I start my day with God? Why can't I go to service? Why can't I be financially stable? Why can't I live within my means? I feel like just asking myself why I can't live a simple life has opened up my heart and mind and is encouraging me to do an audit of my lifestyle so far. Thank you for sharing with us, for being good fruit that we can follow. May God bless you and I can't wait for the next episode

Amazing message as always. Guys, I am trying to start a podcast & youtube can you recommend the a cheap but quality kit? I wanted to start with my phone to make the videos but I don’t know the other things to use to make it look great. I know that it’s not the most important thing in starting a podcast especially because it is Christ centered but I don’t want to spend most unnecessarily. If you have any suggestions on how to get a budget friendly but quality tool(microphone, sound system) anything, i’m clueless.. I would really appreciate it. You can send an amazon link or anything you recommend, God bless🙏

I like to think that thinking small means staying true to your identity in Christ as well as just following whatever the Spirit leads you to do. I don't like the thought of doing things that don't come from the simplicity of what the Lord wants for me, like having a schedule filled up back-to-back with no room for rest, God has all I need so I shouldn't even worry, the birds don't worry what they eat so why should I, ya know what mean? Just keep "seeking first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you."

We should overlay this portion of scripture with John 15 - abide in him, and only when we are in him can we bear fruit for christ. It comes with obedience and there's no other way but to obey him. And this obedience is hard and difficult, and that's why the road is small. The other option is living like the worldly which is much easier. Its not necessarily a take on minimalism, although I have nothing against it.

I don't mind naming names. Paul named names of bad fruit teachers in the new testament. Pastor Tim Ross referred to Jesus as a stripper and then did not repent for that. But said when brought up again that "he stands by it wholeheartedly" disgusting...

For years I’ve dealt with this scripture I felt as a tare in the midst of Gods wheat because I can see how wicked my heart is and how much I don’t love God if I did I would do what he tells me I just recently started going back to church but my issue Is my heart I can’t seem to change it I do what’s right but have wrong motivations I’m envious prideful and gifted but I don’t really know the lord yet I’ve experienced the touch of his Holy Spirit even as a kid sometime I feel damned but ik that’s not God I’ve been back in church for two months now and I’m struggling with sin I don’t want to let go of I’ve received words about Gods love and learning of him but everything still seems unclear still seems like I’m faking this thing I don’t want to be that wolf but everything in me tells me I am

Where in the bible does it talk about Jesus going to hell or experiencing it? Alex, when you say "Jesus became sin..." I'm sorry I don't remember your full quote, but when you say that, I don't get it. Is it biblical that Jesus experienced the punishment of hell for eternity?
