Nicole, your classes are simply superb! They feel so effective and safe and professionally designed, and your explanations are the best. Currently 21 weeks pregnant and i found this class to be just right. One of my favorites for sure! Thank you so much. Ps: you look amazing, pregnant and post partum...your body is beautiful. So glad you're enjoying the classes! I do the types of workouts I share here - so I do strength train, but with the dumbbells I have at home. I'd like to start lifting heavier though, in the process of convincing my husband to turn our basement into a gym lol
