This was such a great workout. I’m training for a marathon and this was the perfect cross training to give me a good burn but not make my legs so sore I can’t do a long run the next day. It also focuses on my ankles and feet which is always so important for distance runners. Your workouts always humble me.

I completed the first circuit on my toes for the push ups then the second circuit came around and my shoulders, triceps and quads were on fire. I had to modify for the last set of it. Definitely repeating this. Tysm Nicole

A tough one! In combo 2 I had to do a modification most of the time (put my knees down to go to plank).....hard work! Thanks!
