Small flotilla of Russian warships arrive in Cuba

The Russian ships include a nuclear-powered submarine and another warship armed with cruise missiles. Cuba says they pose no threat, but the timing is raising concern as tensions rise over the war in Ukraine.

Russian nuclear submarines and large ships are not located in black sea hence doesn't affect Russia's ability to project power, black sea fleet consists of small conventional missile boats and had less than 5 electric diesel submarines when the war started, Russian nuclear submarines are either found on the northern fleet or pacific fleet , Russia's strategic capabilities aren't affected by the war

The subs are probably SSBNs. Nuclear capable. They have onboard missiles that launch out of holes on top of the sub when surfaced or barely subsurface. So yes. I'd be more worried about the subs than the destroyers/cruisers.
