- Cook and eat well
- Wash dishes before going to bed
- Remove makeup, brush teeth, and going to bed
- Buy daily necessities ahead of time when possible
- Sleep with a sense of satisfaction every night, regardless of the day's events

I feel sad when your video ends up. I wish I could watch your daily routine for hours, it's so calm, stable and sober. I like to watch your videos on my Saturdays breakfast when im also alone home. I live in NYC and the past few years have taught me to slow down and take care of myself. It's so important! Growing up black, my parents always instilled in me that I had to always be moving and be productive (cleaning the house, taking out the trash) and I see this a lot in other minority groups. It's not lazy to rest. It's part of being human.
