Hey y’all and welcome back! We took a couple days off to celebrate Alex’s birthday and had the best time just relaxing and enjoying a little stay-cation. Thank you for all the sweet birthday wishes for him, we really appreciate your love and support! We got back to the dumpsters today but ended up with a pretttty small haul haha but we hope you enjoy coming with us anyways and we will see you again soon! x

I’m glad you enjoy it! I think it’s really important to share authentically what dumpster diving is like. You won’t always hit it big! so we don’t want to give the impression that is true and cause people to feel discouraged if they try it and don’t find anything right away.

You can take those christmas lights to your recycle yard an they will pay you money for them for scrap. May not be much but it all helps. Love watching to see what is found.

It could just be the fuses in those lights. It's a cheap fix if that's the case. The fuses are usually under a cover on the plug.

Hey guys I watch you all the time and had to go to our dump Next to the bins is a big thing for plastic stuff and we scored a bunch of small to Medium plastic bins I was so excited to find them I am working on clearing and straightening my craft room these are going to help and they were free

You're christmas lights that do not light up may be down to a loose or blown bulb in the circuit, unravel them to make sure. Regards John

Those lights can be checked by going through all of the bulbs and seeing which one is burned out. That will usually fix them. You can always combine a couple to make one or two good strings. Just a thought.

When half of the old Christmas lights work it usually means one of the bulbs is blown. You need to replace the bulbs to see which don’t work.

I don't know if it's all the states but Texas looks like it's 20 years or more behind on what it recycles! Half of those dumpsters are recyclable not trashed.
