Very attractive outside. Must have an entry coat/boot drop zone. Eliminate window 2 front deck & put in wall of storage in front living space(including the space 4 costs/boots etc) Would definitely rethink kitchen layout; have the working triangle by window (sink) & range, frig, etc also at that end. Utilize a peninsula seating 4 casual dining. Pocket doors 4 inside rooms if possible. Full tub/shower combo bath. Combine side by side laundry with powder room. Add on a deck off back exit 4 grilling. Nice ideas overall; would tweek 4 personal tastes. TY
