I cannot imagine discovering the smell & finding the problems once it got warm! Maybe that’s why they sold it in the winter. I am just so glad that you & your hubby are so self sufficient to be able to fix these issues & get everything back to tip top shape! I cannot imagine what a set back that felt like! Yes that’s my favorite part. I will change out what’s in them too. There are four that fit under there so I have extra cleaning supplies and my over flow of toilet paper and extra bedding.

I'm new here. I'm sorry you guys had to redo it twice. Once is bad enough when it comes to a water leak. Water leaks are the worst. And we had a few . Everything is look good. I love the grey sheets of brick and the flooring color.

I have one very similar. There is no way to know how much money it has saved us in our 47 years of marriage. I'm thrilled you are still doing renovations on your mobile home. Finding your problems underneath the subflooring was a lucky day for you. Water can really mess up our hard work if we can't find the leak(s). The work you have completed is tastefully done. Seeing you in that textured hall brings back memories of my forever scrapped up arms from a while ago. Then I had a hissie fit and broke out the big sander at like 4 AM LOL. But I still have a bruised hip from the door knob. I love how every things come along. Great work!

Growing up 63 mobile on acres of land. We had the same leak, years later. My Dad, fix it. Over the next few summers, he dug out about four feet, under the mobile.

Yay ! 🙂 So glad to see your video .... Your laundry area looks great ! Such a good idea for the bottom of the washer /dryer! My Hub's and I owned a trailer for about 6 years ... You probably wouldn't be surprised to know some of the stuff the previous owners did to "bandaid" some of the issues ! In a trailer , that is the last thing you want to do ! It just causes bigger issues ! My husband is someone that believes in doing it RIGHT the first time ! He also has the capabilities to do a lot of home projects ! If he wouldn't have , our trailer probably would have fallen apart around us ! Anyway , great job guys !
