I am trying to figure out if that first one is a fly swatter, or a spanking tool....

Maybe depends on how you shape it. LOL

Why not both? 🤷🏻♀️ 😂

I stitched all my pieces of scrap leather together & covered the seat of my sewing machine chair. I have also made beads with scraps and use them on jewelry. Thank you for sharing your video. 👍 ☮️💖🌻

they can be used in slingshots or when foxing with nails maybe you can add them together using zigzag stich and make a cover or something or a ball of foot of course

I love my Japanese screw punch. Use it all all the time on book board and on leather projects. Cheap versions exist but mine is Japanese, costs more, and is wonderful to use. I have bits for leather and different ones for paper/board. Mine has served me so very well for over 20 years.

thank you so much for your comment. I'm using the cheapest tools so far for a simple reason. I'm still learning. I don't want to spend a lot of money on expensive equipment until I am confident in my skills

Dude that Chinese hole punch thing sucks royally lol 😆😆 just use the regular hole punch with your hammer or spend a few bucks and get one of the rotary punches. These are some pretty cool ideas with scraps I actually loved the fly swat I was thinking like no way is he making a fly swat and dang if you didn't lol cool 😊😊

What to do with small scraps. Proceeds to cut two 3x4 pieces from a larger piece of leather. lol I hate clickbait.

You can buy a bag of scraps for $4-$5 with peices that size. Otherwise, you typically buy a whole shoulder or side (70+ inches)

What kind of a leather punch is that? It reminds me of an old push power screwdriver.

@LeathercraftmanАй бұрын

More like a demonstration of cheap Chinese leather techniques, tools, and materials. This whole video was trash.

The thumbnail of all those scraps of leather that were left *after* you made the projects in the video... Quality content this ain't.
