65 m², 2 quartos, 2 banheiros. Too much. Largura dos banheiros (1,40 m) está ótima, mas o comprimento (2,60 m) está péssimo.

Would be enough to have one shower. The second toilet seat could be in the laundry area, and that solution would make the second bedroom considerably bigger.

I concur. I br and 1 baño is sufficient in 700ft² (65m²) Then one has enough space to take a deep breath.
