you can get one for less than 100 bucks a month, dude. go get one. i would like to point out that suzuki has extraordinarily low interest rates. if you're tier 1 or tier 2, you get 0 percent fixed rate for the entire loan. it's not a limited time thing, it's the entire freaking loan and it's their normal rates. the maximum rate if you have the worst credit possible is still less than tier 1 rate from kawasaki. i know because i just bought a bike from a kawa/suzuki dealer. i would have gotten 14% interest from a kawa, but i got 0% from suzuki.

I bought a used 2016 Goldwing with the expectation of new tires before I took ownership. I thought I’d get the OEM tire but they put the Shinko touring tire on it. I didn’t go 50 miles before I put new tires on it. They would have killed me. I thought the shop installed the wrong Shinko as the sidewall couldn’t handle the weight. I was wrong as their website called out that tire for the Goldwing. I’ll never use anything but Dunlop again.

The Michelin Pilot Streets are really let down by that rear tire. The problem gets even worse when it gets a little wet. The rear has AWFULL grip in the rain. It feels really good and planted untill you give it just a smidge of lean angle. At that point the rear end completely loses grip and you have to do a big correction to not lose it. If they can find a way to fix the weird grip levels in the tire I think it would probably be the best "around town tire" for small cc sport/naked bikes. Wet weather riding becomes really scary when 80% of the intersections in your town are roundabouts.

After hearing spacepods review on the rosso 2 being a new rider, I bought them and loved them as I have a lot more experience on bikes and have tried different tires. Hands down the bstone s20 evo is king. Grips better and lasted me 3 months rear compared to 1 month with the rossos. I am a track oriented guy and love the s20 evos and now the s21 for my 750. Pirellis wear extremely unevenly. If you buy the rossos once you pass 1500 miles check your tire, pref when cleaning your chain to spin the tire and check it out. The pirelli will look fine until you get to the other side and see where your cords are about to pop through. Looks like the middle of the tire is splitting open for those who don't know.

No Pirelli Supercorsa SC? or Dunlop Alpha-13? I swapped the stock Metzeler M5's on my RC390 with the Alpha-13's and the Alpha-13's were much better, the M5's feel like a reasonably sticky road tyre, where the Alpha-13's feel like a road legal track tire. Good review as always. I'm rocking the Pirelli Diablo Rosso IIs on the Ninja 300. I suppose it would be safe to try the Bridgestones despite going up a size from 110/140 front and rear? I'll have to research it. I wasn't too fond of the IRC Roadwinners, and the IRC is 3.1 lbs. heavier than the Pirelli Diablo Rosso rear and don't warm up as quickly. To me, that's reason-enough to upgrade without wearing-out the IRCs first.
@mint88rx89 жыл бұрын
***** The Bridgestone S20 EVO is offered in stock sizes. You will want to move the rear up to a 150 though, I am running a 140 rear and you have enough grip that you can lean beyond the edge of the tire. I just ordered a 150 that should be at my door in the next hour or two, and it is cheaper than the 140 somehow.
@DR-hw9js9 жыл бұрын
+Riley Keehr: Hey can you tell me how the 150 will handle against the 140?? Personally I think the Center wears down JUST a TAD too fast. My hope is the added rubber to the road will last longer up center and have more available Traction at the edges of the tire.
@DR-hw9js9 жыл бұрын
+spacep0d Yeah Bro the Editor is right. After Riding the 2013 ZX-6R636 for a 1.5/2yrs 3 months as my First bike then just Hoping on to the Ninja 300 after 5 months of experience (last September) I was scrapping the pegs. Not to be bragging..... But in all Seriousness the "Chicken strips" where gone and the Front tire you can barely see them. That was After riding the bike for 1-2 months once it finally broke in.( about May) So yes Truly they Are Amazing Tires!!! If you also do a lot of Twisties or Flowing long turns the wear characteristics are Pretty Good! True I do think the center wears a little fast. But rightfully so I"m not the only riding that particular 300 since my Wife does more Straight line riding considering the routes of Last year. But yes Amazing Tire and Great all around everything Street to Track.
@mint88rx89 жыл бұрын
It doesn't effect the center wear at all. I did swap to a 150 and it is much better at max lean angle, I still have a hair of untouched rubber on the edge so it made a huge difference of corner contact patch compared to the 140.

Are the bike's shocks stock? because I can see that hydraulic-valve-thingy (how is that thing called, anyway?) under the bike's tail. I got a pair of Rosso IIs for my Duke, they're expensive, wear fast,and I just don't like how they behave. They got a decent grip, but the rear tends to slide and lose traction when leaning and giving gas going out of corners, and I'm talking about street speeds, I don't do track. My mechanic said, before installing and after inspecting them, that they're different than last year's model - they're less round and look\feel different. The tires' dealer backed him up by saying that Pirelli have changed the Rosso IIs compound, so they're pretty much different tires.. (I got my bike with half-worn Rosso IIs liked them back then) Thanks for the review guys, Bridgestone is going to be my next pick.
