great chat guys, although we have been using an f2000 for over a year for our print on demand business. We print at least 12 shirts an hours, You need at least 2 heat presses (we also have tunnel dryer) keep loading the machine. Although our screen print business is much more profitable.
@ThePrintLife4 жыл бұрын
Gotcha. 2 heat presses is the key to out put. Would a conveyor dryer instead of a heat press speed things up?
@monkeyhustle39924 жыл бұрын
@@ThePrintLife Sure is my man, when we got a second heat press it doubled production time. One to cure and one to dry and pre treat. All whist the printer is printing another. We now use the conveyor to cure and heat press only for drying pre treat. The second heat press now only gets used if we have a lot of white shirts to DTG. Thats were the money in DTG is IMO. You can ream about 25/30 shirts an hour on white shirts, no pre treat and around 24/40 pence of ink

That whole conversation at around the @10:18 mark is my problem and so real. I have so much content and editing sucks. First just getting eveything set up is a pain already between mics, cameras, lights and angles and then trying to that while working is adds like 2 hours to a task. Finding an editor to capture your voice is hard. But gotta do what you gotta do

Cam biggest feedback I can give as a screen printing subscriber is your videos title something to learn but rarely does it actually contain the content or knowledge to this subject beyond few general rules or examples but other videos there is great info. In the end the watch time would increase if you used click bate titles but provided more specific knowledge to that title even multiple watches from people. You obviously learn daily from others like your pod cast show but your own knowledge is awesome and appreciated so spend some editing time on giving specific content even if the rest is fluff at least I leave with a tip. And add that tip to your description maybe so we know what to expect because to busy to just hear fluff. This video was awesome because it was real tangible info. So thanks to you both.
@ThePrintLife4 жыл бұрын
Good advice. I'll keep this in mind. I find titles are tough. I go to specific and no one clicks so views go down, or like you said to general and viewers get pissed that its click bait. I'll keep refining over time.
@ThePrintLife4 жыл бұрын
Let me ask you this How do you feel this particular pod could have been titled?
@justinstorm304 жыл бұрын
Sorry for comment being less thought out then I intended first of all was heading into work. Title was great as it will help. People starting out, but the actual content itself hits a much broader audience actually even your own channel will grow from it as you stated when it comes to editing videos. The insights of how to approach people and the contrast to you having a successful shop but trying to learn methods of marketing from a person who has spent the time to crack that avenue was awesome for any businesses. The one thing KZbin lost over the years from saturation was the simple tool it started out to be "Knowledge". Some things should remain trade secrets I think any business recognizes this simple truth, but when it comes to growth and community growth in a market where we all are as screen printers or apparel design. Information is either the same thing with 100 people saying it or isnt talked about at all and we learn by trial and error just like your Print Life Experience demonstrates even your new years video confirmed. Being it's such an impersonal format of media the way to connect to people like myself who rarely engage like this and from the same age group as yourself is just good facts. Honest info. The last video you did with the crappy budget press was useless in context to my personal needs as I have equipment and not looking to downgrade, but the demonstration of how to approach a problem as a printer in taking the limitations of my own equipment also was just invaluable. I think would help any person seeking logical or wisdom when it comes to there own equipment's limitations. So wrapping it all up and on theme with the info of this video. Structured content is always best instead of on the fly videos running around if your trying to promote knowledge. Maybe trying to give some 15-30 second overall explanation and expectation of the video in the start that makes a few key points might keep viewer attention longer? But your also a character and just have a personality that is real as a guy its appreciated to see other guys in there element lol. Hope that is a little more positive and informative. Thanks for making the effort and I hope it is a success for you. Keep it going! Hope you find an editor imagine the sleep you will get back!

@@ThePrintLife it should have read: how to get more KZbin views by hyping propaganda on how to make money as your own business Man Like falsely showing how you can make money driving for Uber when you can easily search and find out it is a total rip off and you'll be lucky if you make $3 an hour after actual expenses
