At about 40 seconds that's the "Patriot" at Pineland in Maine, my home course. What a great throw. This hole looks amazing if you play in the evening in the summer or fall. I really hope we can get more big name players this year and I can actually watch it in person. And Simon is healthy.

Simon missing this putt... Nikko missed one a couple years ago after reaching a 750ft hole 18, cant remember the course, with a ridiculous 360 flex shot that must have been in the air for 10 minutes before it landed. Nikko was outside circle pin high so not quite as tragic as Simon's miss.

This exemplifies "drive for show put for dough". He can drive a mile but he still has never won a worlds or a major. How many times does he drive within eagle range and miss the putt? That last hole he outdrove everyone by a long way but they still had the same score. I'm not hating at all, just trying to say that don't worry about distance as much as accuracy. But Simon still my favorite player to watch by far. He's a wonderful ambassador of the sport and the most entertaining player ever.

I love Terry and his coverage but he should keep his mouth shut during the round. Can you imagine a reporter going into the dugout during a baseball game and sticking a camera in the face of a pitcher who is 8 innings into a perfect game and start asking them questions? I find it completely inappropriate to start interviewing Simon on camera in the middle of a hole and I think it absolutely could have contributed to him missing that putt.

Nick Rosewall I always give 110% credit (and it is my priority) to the filmers in every single snippet I use in my descriptions and I never remove any watermarks if they are there to begin with. They are the true MVPs and I have and will always recommend their content.
