Maybe record video and audio separately but at the same time. Then use some software to merge video and audio together. I only have ESP32 Cam. Please let me know if it works. I will buy Xiao Cam too if it works.

Downside of this board i see is it has a big antenna which is not possible to hide and it gets heated a lot ,so like adding heatsink wil increase its over all size so does that make sense ,and if battery is placed behind the board ,which everyone will probably do ,it will tch fire due to high temperature

From what i was reading the camera also gets hot, so if you get a longer ribbon cable you cam make a sink for that too i bet if you get the little heat sinks for the Raspberry pi 4 that could be more that capable of heat distrobution
