Bought two, had them for about 10 minutes. Neither one could actually charge a phone (the lightning cable might be defective? Two separate iPhones, neither would recognize the charge and one said "unlock to use USB accessories" before continuing to not recognize the charge). Then I sliced my thumb open on the sharp edges around the cable holder trying to get it back out. Return

I baught mine a month ago and received the TravelCard Plus which is smaller and bigger battery with USB-C and lightning cable. It fast charges and is amazing so far

It's an emergency use only type of thing, imo. The kind of thing I could keep in a wallet in case my phone dies and I need it urgently - definitely not something I'd use as my primary power bank, if I ended up needing power banks again (battery life is my nr 1 priority with new phones, specifically because I haaaate the power bank life).
