if there isnt a strong support for your gun, especially with 9mil, it wont cycle fully. This happens sometimes with police officers panicking and limpwristing in combat. sometimes they'll eject their mags accidentally too

That swivel gun might make more sense for a bull pup. As is, it only makes it as short as a bull pup is when it is folded. If you took an already small platform of the bull pup and did that with it, you might get a Minimal package out of it that makes it really worth it.

Matt, have you ever thought about shooting LVP (Laminated vinyl planking) or other types of flooring? I work for a remodeling company and we have Boards of LVP that are going to be tossed out. @@t6finch if you're going hiking it's pretty useful to have a gun with you, and a PCC is a lot easier to use than a handgun for many people. Useful for both small game hunting if you need to get food or protection from predators. Also in the much less likely scenario you need a "bug out bag" for a SHTF even, a PCC can easily be thrown in a pack or something and weighs a lot less than a full size rifle. Not as likely a case but it's another use. Honestly tho, just get a Keltec sub2000 if you want a folding PCC, they're a lot more practical and compact

Theres a guy on YT that uses HDPE as armor and it stops 7.62x39 from his SKS by its self when thick enough. Thats worth revisiting. (Also noteworthy the stuff they make soft armor out of is Ultra High Molecular Weight Poly Ethylene or UHMWPE. Which, when annealed, becomes HIgh Density Poly Ethylene or HDPE) For the guy that did the 3D printing, dont give up. You are on the right track!

You should really try the inconel suppressors from Oceania Defence, they make a uniquely shaped one for smaller calibres and platforms, their larger stuff for 5.56 and 7.62 runs super quiet, low maintenance and durable as anything.

Hey guys ceramic its very hard but its the shatter that transfers the energy. If you are going to make something ceramic tiles with a thin flex seperating layer, in layers with something to bond them together / hold in place. Anything from floor to bathroom would be better than much of what is sent.

HDPE for those who aren’t or we’re not in molding is High density poly ethylene. I’m curious at how well Ridel would do. It’s some intense resin very strong with a super high melting point. There’s also Ultem which is another high tempered plastic but a little more dense and glass like
