The casting director did a superb job for hiring all of the respective actors for Smallville. The entire cast are the BEST version of the said characters. @roshieifra6 жыл бұрын
Christopher McDonald That's something I don't get about these discussions. Yes, it's horrible what these women go through in Hollywood to get on screen, but isn't it only happening bc the women wouldn't come out to say anything? I mean, Harvey Weinstein was obviously the abuser in all this, but there were plenty of enablers who kept quiet. He was the worst kept secret in Hollywood, right? Let's say the women who are just starting out don't have the money or prestige to say anything (even though I hate that excuse, too. I was 16yr old, living in the south Bronx, when I reported my mother's employer for some sh*t that was going on. We were on welfare at the time, living check to check, my dad was outta the picture. So if I could come out against that pig, why couldn't women much older than I say anything about Harvey Weinstein???), let's just say I buy that excuse...why couldn't the more well known actresses who are already established themselves come out and say anything? They didn't want to lose out on the money, opportunities or prestige, right? What else would stop them? Makes you think twice about the morals of anyone in Hollywood...specifically that no one has any morals.

@RosnerTheWriter6 жыл бұрын
Chris Fuentes Why are you using quotation marks? I never said he was interviewing Lex Luthor. Oh man you and Chad Michael are really mixing things up. If a caller asks about Allison Mack, the actress from Smallville, and Michael Rosenbaum, the actor who plays Lex Luthor from Smallville, uses the name Tom, everyone who ever watched that series would know who he's talking about (Hint: Tom Welling, the actor who played Clark Kent). This interviewer didn't know it. This show lasted 10 years. Lex Luthor is a huge part of Rosenbaum's filmography, (dare I say his largest role?). If you don't know that, you haven't done your homework as an interviewer. If you disagree, you'd probably make an awful interviewer.

He came across as a really genuine, respectful, classy dude in this. Not preying on young women, being professional on set. Finally an actor who isn't into age gap flings. Not that it's inherently wrong, but someone like Leo DiCaprio only dating under 22 looks creepy. Refusing to give a woman a number rating of attractiveness. Comfortable in his own skin, stood his ground rather than being pressured to say more by the host. I like his humour too, his self-awareness that he might not be the smartest dude in terms of books, but he is street smart. I loved him as Lex too.

randy johnson I understood what Mysterious Enigma meant. Going from 17 to 18, which is only a *one year* difference, doesn't magically make you have the mentality and appearance of what a mature adult is supposed to be by society's/media's standards. It's odd how one day before your 18th bday, you are off limits, and shouldn't be looked at or talked about at all, like a villian from a Harry Potter book, but once you hit the exact time of your birth and become 18, everything is 👍👌 A-OK, as if you _instantly_ look and act differently from the minute before. *Edit:* Plus, lots of people find a 10 or more age gap between people are usually weird before the 50 year mark, for some reason. It's definitely a grey line in morals of today. Now 60+ years ago, well.....
