You know Clark should've seen the look on Lana's face because she was really pissed off and mad at Clark for what he did and the way he acted to her, to Chloe to Lex and to Martha and Jonathan but for Lana she wasn't expecting to see him because she was still mad about what he did but that doesn't really him that did all of that it was the red kryptonite ring that did all of that and cause the whole mess, but now that he went to Lana he wanted to say I'm sorry for what he did and the way acted by giving her some flowers to say I'm sorry but she didn't want to take them because she was still mad and pissed off at Clark for what he did, and just for that she just walks away from him proving that she doesn't want to talk to him.

Actually, Lana got that Clark was not himself at the pub. Yeah, at first she pissed off (it’s a natural reaction of a girl who is in love) but then she probably remembered herself in ‘Nicodemus’ episode. That theory is proved in ‘Phoenix’. Clark after leaving his beloved ones and being ‘red’ 3 months, decided to stay in Smallville and made up with everyone who he had offended. Then Lana came to talk to him. She wanted them to be together again and was excusing his acting in Metropolis _(‘I know it wasn’t you’)._ So at the end of ‘Red’ Lana just _pretended_ she didn’t forgive Clark because didn’t want show she immediately melted after his apology.

Alicia figured it out in Season 4. We want to believe that Clark on red K is acting unusual, but deep down, he really did want to do everything he’s ever done while under the influence of red kryptonite.
