why did you notate that I should listen to the audio while viewing the video? Is there an alternative audio I could be listening to?

Last year (2018 team video), I received feedback from someone who said they found parts of the storyline hard to follow, and in talking to them I discovered they had watched it on a cell phone without using headphones - They saw some text overlays early in the video and assumed the entire sound track would be just background music so they would not miss anything watching it w/o sound. I added the note this year to inform people there is content in the audio. I struggled to find a concise statement to convey the message - I'm open to any suggestions better wording.
