Not really sure why they decided to do this on the first generation model, instead of opting for a more conventional bonnet. The issue with the setup used on the early smart cars, you cannot really see the levels on the coolant bottle. one of the first mods i will be doing to my 450 is a bonnet mod.

It doesn't have power steering ! So therefore no power steering fluid Hope this helps !
