Lydia, I love your style. It’s so classic and promotes sustainability. I have started re-using many of my older clothes styling them in a more modern way because of your tips. I have also borrowed a few of my partner’s old oversized shirts to style them rather than buying more ‘oversized clothes’ for myself. I’m now focussing on less ‘trends’ and more ‘classic’ style clothing if at all i buy. Ive rediscovered my style as I cruise into my late 20s and want to look dignified like you rather than ‘trendy’. Your style has inspired my style and I feel so confident and comfortable (which is my favourite part about your style!) :)

Hi Lydia, I discovered you in mid summer. I was looking for a way to wear longer, loose shorts. I came upon one of your summer "shorts". I have been hooked ever since. So much so that when I went to an out of town wedding this past weekend, I used many of your styling strategies...neutrals, paired with white trainers, blazers, ivory jeans, tonal dress, shoes and bag, etc. I received so many compliments on "my style" and was shocked that people noticed. The bride commented that I was 4 for 4!! It made me feel good. Dressing simply and elegantly has always been my goal but I could never get there. Thanks for all your help. Keep doing what you do. No one else compares!

Would you do a video on how to style a plus size or bigger body? Everything looks great on smaller bodies, but I feel like even the smartest clothes look frumpy on me after the pandemic. Help please!

Love this Lydia, great ideas. I have noticed for myself, following one of the rules in your previous videos, that the beige knit skirt with a slightly shorter trench coat and the black taller ankle boots means you are chopping the bottom half into 3 sections, as a curvier woman I think i'd need either a lower boot or a longer coat! :)

I started watching your channel. Few weeks ago. I think you offer some good tips. I live in a small town not in the UK. I notice many people here do not follow any kind of trend and can look quite scruffy. ( women in pyjama bottoms for example). Can you talk about how to put a wardrobe together for this small town living. By the way we’re heading into our fall and winter season and temperatures will get down to between minus 25-40C. Fashion boots won’t work here as well as any kind of heel due to snow. Thanks

I’m a teacher, I like to dress smart casual/ business casual. My clothes must be comfortable, presentable and washable-we have a no jean policy. I love the trouser/slacks, trainers/ sneaker look but can’t seem to get the balance right. Comfy, walkable, on your feet all day, playground tolerant shoes are a must. Maybe a video for the educators? Also a cardigan roundup. It is freezing in my classroom and blazers are a little too serious.
