Hi, to answer your question, July 25th is the deadline for SIM registration for the old/existing SIM. This only means if you have an active SIM prior the deadline and have not registered it, your SIM will be deactivated and lose all the services, thus, making it like a dead SIM. However, SIM card registration will continue for the pre-activated/new SIM, so every time you want to change to new numbers, your newly bought SIM will require a SIM Card Registration before you can use all the services from your favorite carrier.
