No Name first try to charge it let it Charge for 15 minutes if it’s still doesn’t turn on then change the side then let it leave for 15 minutes if again no response then try changing Adapter.

Gamer Waqif try to plug in your laptop like usb then Check it, if still it doesn't work then your band is damage.

Gamer Wakif sorry late reply but maybe switch the watch the other way round so the watch face is facing the plug? Or if you tried that way face it towards yourself? I’m not sure if that made sense but it worked for me.

I received a battery low product....not even a single percent of charging....on reveiving it was showing empty charging box on the screen...but now on connecting it with adapter it is not showing whether it is charging....does it automatically gets on after full charging....or should i return it?? Sonal Mankar after connecting to it’s Adapter wait for 15 minutes or change sides cause sometime changing sides would help so I would suggest you to try connecting both sides, if it’s not working then you should return it.
