@@pintugamit26helo sir there are many things to ask and diagnose before any treatment or exercise. Because in many cases the main cause is other muscle which is compensated to give strength to lower back.

@7:27 one more thing that uzair said which is wrong is that full ROM is better for hypertrophy. Recent studies show that Lengthened partials, or training muscles between the 1/3 and 2/3 range of full length extension is infact even better for hypertrophy than full ROM. This is also the reason dorian yates's workout is giving him results since he is doing lengthened partials on the barbell row, just like ronnie coleman used to do on benchpress and squats.

This video actually makes a lot of sense, in my opinion, you have to select exercise which are good for you, which do not put extra pressure on you and unnecessary pain in your joints, exercise are classified into beginner, intermediate, and advance, you have to choose according to your level and whatever suits your body most, I personally avoid behind the neck presses and barbell bicep curls because they just don't feel right according to my body, but my friend can do it very easily, exercise selection is actually easy, avoid fancy exercises adn go for simple movements which actually target muscles without any extra engagement, and also you must train in your range of motion, don't copy your trainer or other person in gym, their ROM and flexibility can differ from yours, know your body better than yesterday, train your muscles better than yesterday.❤️

Sir there is also a matter of anatomy which leads to different range of motion and different way to perform exercises , BARBELL ROWING must be done by intermediater or advance guy and as a intermediate guy i will pass BARB ROWING and go for chest supported rows

I did rows for 1 year and have problems in spine. Some of my lower spine nerve got pinched and it causes pain and inflammation to my thigh and scrotum.

Im a doctor and i find this man's videos absolutely logical. When you are young you like to follow all kinds of hardcore fitness gurus and idols and do exercises that actually stress your joints more. But the results of those will be seen after yrs to come. We need to take real care of our joints. Kashish sir is not telling that those classic exercises are bad, he is telling now we have better options. Anyways the end choice of exercises depends on the person doing it. In the end all these are fitness "ADVICE". Its upto you to listen to it or not.

Sir please help me out...🙏🙏🙏🙏 Im facing alot problems.. Actually I do weightlifing from past half year, and made quite a progress.. Now I entered in med school, clg started from last 2 weeks and I lost about 2 kgs of body fat(I was at about 13-15 percent body fat)... I also think I'm now losing muscles... I got very thin now. I'm losing my strength also...(PR's are reducing). I increased my calorie and protein intake from before but it isn't helping me out. Please help me out.. Won't ever forget your help..!!

That you have limited time in the gym…and we have to invest that time to the better options. If you check 4:48. It is actually a screen recording not a screenshot. Uzair posted his video on 29th October around 12-2 pm. My story is posted at 29th October 9:30 pm. His video was removed at 11 pm and the screenshot which shows 23 hours ago is actually a screen recording. Screen recording was taken on 30 th October around 11 pm and if you do the math, his community post is 23 hours ago which is 30th October 12 am which is 3 hours after my story.

5:33 bro Atcually, the purpose of core muscles is to stabilize the body, you know that. But There is more benefit training it in stable position like walking with 20 kg on one hand only, constantly keeping the core tight while switching that dumb bell around your body one hand to another. TRAINING core muscles like spinal erectors, etc without expansion and contraction of the muscle is functionally better than doing exercise like back extensions(from this video). Yes, back extensions will create hypertrophy and make muscle, but functionally static exercises are better. (Please give the Benefit of the doubt If I am wrong)

Barbell row is not inefficient your body is not stable enough to engage your core strength initially in first 3-4 months i struggled and was doing machine isolation workouts but now i am doing isolation and barbell rows with good form.Dont take heavy weights on barbell rows compound excercise is must in any workout to increase your strength and core and isolation excercise for hypertrophy.What is the use of looking bulky but if you have less strength?.
